Spiruto

Privacy policy

Last updated: February 6, 2026 · Version: 1.1

1. Who we are

Spiruto (“we”, “us”) is the name of our booking and scheduling software and public website. The Service is operated by PANIELIX LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, with its business address at:

1309 Coffeen Ave, Ste 1200
Sheridan, WY 82801
United States

For privacy-related requests and general contact, reach us only at support@spiruto.com. We do not publish tax identification numbers (such as an EIN) on this website; such information is provided to payment partners like Stripe through their secure onboarding when required.

2. Data we process

Depending on how you use Spiruto, we may process:

  • Account & profile: name, email, role, business affiliation, locale preferences.
  • Booking & operations: appointment details, messages you send in-product, internal notes entered by businesses, waitlist entries.
  • Payment metadata: payment amounts, status, and identifiers. Card data is handled by Stripe under their terms — we do not store full card numbers on Spiruto infrastructure.
  • Technical & security: IP address, device/browser signals, logs, cookies (see our Cookie policy).

3. Purposes & legal bases (EEA / UK style)

Where GDPR-style rules apply, we rely on appropriate bases such as:

  • Contract: providing the service you signed up for (accounts, bookings, dashboards).
  • Legitimate interests: securing the platform, fraud prevention, product analytics in aggregated form, and communicating operational updates — balanced against your rights.
  • Consent: where required for optional marketing cookies or certain communications.
  • Legal obligation: tax, accounting, or lawful requests from authorities after legal review.

4. Sharing & subprocessors

We use infrastructure and payment partners (for example hosting, email, analytics, Stripe) to run Spiruto. Businesses may also export or connect data to their own tools. A current subprocessor list should be published separately or linked here after operational review.

5. Retention

We retain information as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Specific retention windows should be tabled with counsel to match your backup and audit strategy.

6. International transfers

If data moves across borders, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) where required. Document the actual flows after infrastructure choices are final.

7. Your rights

Depending on jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict, port, or object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us at support@spiruto.com (and the mailing address in Section 10) to exercise rights. Businesses using Spiruto may also handle some requests as independent controllers for their customer data.

8. Children

Spiruto is not directed to children under the age where parental consent is required in your region.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes should be communicated as required by law and your contracts.
